This proposal for a twin house to be carried out in the suburbs of the city remained at the level of general plans. Careful study of the composition of spaces and heights of the premises has resulted in massive housing more than the allowed municipal regulation with a great gain in terms of cost and image. However, the continuation of a traditionalist mentality and not open to new led to the rejection of the proposal for a project without quality. The rejected project provides an elevator. The roof terrace is used as a play area for children while in the basement there is a large patio behind a high wall. The house has three bedrooms and four bathrooms and a study with independent access.

2004 P.’s house, Treviso. Preliminary design.
